What is HTML? Well... for starters it stands for; "Hypertext Markup Language." It is the basis for creating a webpage, just like the one you or I are on now! HTML consists of tags (<h1>) and ending tags (</h1>). The purpose of web browsers is to take the HTML coding and compose it into visible and audible webpages.
